We talk about all your triggers, emotions around drinking, why & why not, what and who is around your for support.
We also have a hypnosis that we do to integrate what we have spoken about, helping your mind and body feel more grounded
session 2
Connecting with your core values and understanding your deep reasons for wanting to quit. Really wanting to establish your 'why' is important for you supporting yourself into the future.
Once again we finish with a hypnosis around letting go of negative emotions.
session 3
Becoming your own best friend - strengthening your self trust and self - compassion as you step into a healthier freer version of your as a non drinker.
The investment for the full program is $499, which includes all three sessions. All sessions are conducted over Zoom (this is how I quit alcohol, gave up my other addiction of soft lollies, and built my confidence - all over Zoom), or alternatively, if you live within East Gippsland and would prefer, we can meet at my office.
